Children & young people
1:1 sessions
One practitioner.
One young person.
One safe space.
For the young people who need quiet, predictable, deeply attuned attention before they can do anything else. We start where they are — even if that means sitting in silence for the first six weeks.
What a session looks like
Two hours in our Wadebridge studio. A consistent practitioner, every week. No pressure to produce, perform or even talk. We follow the young person’s lead.
A calm sensory-aware studio space (dim, quiet, low-stim option available)
Materials chosen with the young person — clay, paint, pencil, fabric, mixed media
Breaks, snacks and movement built in, never negotiated
Co-regulation first — work emerges when the nervous system is ready
Full written notes shared with parents and school
