Small group work

Where they finally meet others like them.

Maximum six young people. Two practitioners. Carefully matched, gently paced. This is where masked, isolated young people slowly realise they were never the problem.

How groups are built

We match by temperament, sensory profile and stage — not age. A 12-year-old and a 16-year-old can sit beautifully together if the conditions are right.

Up to 6 young people per group, two practitioners always present

Groups meet at the same time, same day, same room — every week

Structured creative projects with full opt-out at any moment

Trips and shared meals as trust grows

Peer mentoring opportunities for longer-standing members

“If I hadn’t come here, I honestly don’t think I’d have any friends.”

Is group work right for your young person?

We keep groups small and only open a new one when we have the right mix of young people. If you think your child might be a good fit, get in touch. We’ll have an honest conversation before anything is committed to.
