ADHD support for children
For the child whose brain moves faster than the room around them.
ADHD is not a deficit of attention. It is a different distribution. These children are not broken. They are operating on a different frequency in a world built for someone else’s wavelength. We meet them where the energy lives.
“For the first time, being different felt like enough.”

What ADHD looks like here
The struggles we see and the stories behind them.
Impulsivity that gets them into trouble
The words come out before the thought catches up. The idea sparks and the action follows. Our sessions give impulse somewhere safe to land through clay, paint and movement, so it does not have to explode elsewhere.
Time blindness & the stress of transitions
Five minutes and fifty minutes feel the same. Transitions between tasks feel impossible. We build predictability without rigidity, and we never rush the process of shifting from one state to another.
Hyperfocus that gets misread
When they are in, they are all in. But school sees the child who cannot start, not the one who cannot stop. We honour both the focus and the stuckness, and build bridges between them.
Rejection sensitivity that cuts deep
A look, a tone or a perceived slight can unravel the whole day. ADHD brains feel rejection more acutely. Our space is intentionally low-demand, low-shame, and high-acceptance.
How we help
Built for brains that need to move, make noise, and follow fascination.
Movement-friendly sessions
Walk while you talk. Build while you think. Our studio doesn’t demand stillness. Regulation through activity, not in spite of it.
Sensory-aware environment
We manage stimulation levels deliberately. Lighting, noise and texture are all calibrated to the child in front of us, not an average child who does not exist.
Interest-led engagement
We start from what captures them, not what the curriculum demands. A Minecraft obsession becomes architecture. A love of animals becomes anatomy.
Supporting every ADHD journey
ADHD doesn’t look the same in every child.
ADHD is not a deficit of attention. It is a different way of processing the world’s vibrant input. It affects roughly 1 in 20 children, appearing in varied presentations that need nuance, not a rigid set of rules.
ADHD in girls
Often overlooked. Many girls internalise their struggles, appearing quiet, compliant and even high-achieving at school while privately battling concentration, organisation and mental fatigue. Years of masking come at a cost: anxiety, exhaustion and loss of self-belief. Our creative studio lets the pressure to perform fall away.
ADHD in boys
More visible, and often misread as disruption or lack of effort. Long periods of sitting still and rigid academic structures do not suit a brain wired for movement and curiosity. We channel that energy into making, sculpting, designing and building, so focus develops naturally and school stops feeling like a daily battle.
Late diagnosis
Clarity can come at any age. For teenagers and families who have spent years wondering why everything felt harder, recognition brings both relief and grief. We offer steady, reassuring support that turns past confusion into a clearer understanding of how this young person actually thinks, learns and works best.
“He could not sit through a ten-minute lesson. But he spent three hours building a clay volcano and explaining every layer to Emma. That was the first time I saw him light up about learning.”
